NBA fans will still get to watch 'Inside the NBA' next season, but on ESPN, after a lawsuit settled over the weekend. The early present won't unwrap until next year.

Warner Bros. Discovery will settle its lawsuit against the NBA and announce it has struck a deal with Disney to exclusively license its beloved TNT show “Inside the NBA” starting next season, a person familiar with the matter told CNN.

Shaquille O’Neal currently is not under contract with TNT for next season, when ‘Inside the NBA’ will air on ESPN.

Even though “Inside the NBA” will be on ESPN and ABC, TNT Sports will continue to produce the show and it will air from Atlanta, except when the show goes

A creative deal that will bring what is perhaps America's favorite sports studio show to Disney after years of it airing on Warner Bros. Discovery's TNT spotlights a growing willingness at ESPN to take a "curation" approach to game-day concepts and content.

The quartet of Ernie Johnson Jr., Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Shaquille O’Neal will remain with the show.

"Inside the NBA," which has won 21 Sports Emmy Awards, will appear on ESPN and ABC starting next season through a partnership with TNT Sports and the NBA.
