A rescue swimmer found a 17-year-old girl in the water and brought her to shore. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. An approximately 20-year-old woman exited the vehicle on her own, according to SFD. The woman was in stable condition and transported to the hospital.

Police said the driver showed signs of impairment. She was taken into custody at the scene for vehicular assault.

At least one person has been pulled from Lake Washington after a car ended up in the water near Rainier Beach Saturday evening.

The car she was in fell into the water at a South Seattle boat ramp, and she was pulled from the lake after a half-hour search.
