Four people were injured when a small single-engine plane crashed near the Pomona Dragstrip during the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals on Sunday. The pilot of the Piper PA32 aircraft was reportedly attempting to land at nearby Brackett Field Airport in La Verne when it crashed near the racetrack.

The crash happened Sunday along the 2700 block of Fairplex Drive as thousands of spectators watched the races.
