Angel Martínez hit a grand slam off closer Josh Hader with two outs in the 10th inning to lift the Cleveland Guardians to a 10-6 win over the Houston Astros on Tuesday night. José Ramírez and Brayan Rocchio also homered to help the Guardians beat the Astros for a second straight night after entering the series on a 10-game skid.

Jose Ramirez was voted as the starter for the AL at third base, but he'll instead sit out the All-Star Game to focus on rest and recovery.

Houston Astros third baseman Isaac Paredes will join the 2025 American League All-Star team. This marks the second consecutive year the 26-year-old has been named to the All-Star team, following his selection last year while with the Tampa Bay Rays.
