Superhero enthusiasts have a reason to celebrate this July. The eagerly awaited Superman film has finally premiered globally. Directed by James Gunn, this movie is inspired by the iconic DC Comics character.

According to Sacnilk, the movie has collected ₹1.96 crore since Saturday morning. Adding the second-day collection, the total stands at ₹5.71 crore at the box office in India. However, this is not the final figure and the collection is expected to rise given Rajkummar's fan base, and it's the first day of the weekend.

Rajkummar Rao’s Maalik opened to ₹3.48 crore on Day 1, falling short of expectations but still ahead of Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, which earned just ₹32 lakh. Despite the slow start, Maalik managed to outpace other new releases at the box office.
