Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is travelling Monday to Washington as Israel sends negotiators to Qatar amid ongoing talks toward a ceasefire with Hamas.

Israeli airstrikes killed at least 38 Palestinians in Gaza, hospital officials said on Sunday. Israel's military said it has struck over 100 targets in the strip in the past day.
