Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is expected to provide an update on the search and rescue efforts in Central Texas after deadly flooding swept across the area on Friday.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed an expanded emergency declaration that added Texas counties impacted by the disastrous flooding. The new declaration now includes Bexar, Burnet, Caldwell, Guadalupe, Travis and Williamson counties, Abbott said at a press conference Saturday afternoon.

Texas officials reported that at least 25 people have died and 237 people were rescued Friday following major flooding in Central Texas.
